We are continually striving to make allthingsmeetings.com the best resource for, well... All Things Meetings on the web. Therefore, we are excited to introduce a new enhancement that will remind meeting planners worldwide why they should "Always Look Here First".

WELCOME TO THE HOSTED BUYER BULLETIN BOARD

The idea is simple. Travel Suppliers want qualified buyers to visit their destinations
and experience it for themselves. Hosts are confident that once Buyers do, they will
eventually book a meeting there. To facilitate that, Suppliers frequently organize Hosted Buyer Education Trips. But, they have a problem. How do they get their invitations out to new Qualified Buyers so they can "show-off" their products?

Buyers have a similar problem. Although it is sometimes necessary to book a meeting, site un-seen, it is a far, far better thing to have experienced a destination to know whetheror not it is right for your group. But the world is a big place, and time is limited. How can one choose where and when to go and then make sure that you get exposed to everything the destination has to offer so you can make informed buying decisions?


Travel Suppliers list their upcoming trips... destination, dates, what is included, what
is not... and Planners can see if a destination they are considering is offering the
opportunity to "check it out" at a time when they are available to travel. Buyers can fill
out a simple Qualification Form, which goes directly to the Host. If the Host agrees you are a Qualified Potential Customer... you are invited.

So... take a look at what is available. It’s always changing... apply if you are interested. Remember, every trip is different. Some include airfare, most do not. Guests are often welcome, sometimes not. But the vast majority of them include everything once you arrive, as in hotels, most meals, some activities, and lots of site inspections. Special discounts may be offered if you want to arrive early or stay late. You get the idea.

The centerpiece of allthingsmeetings.com is the Special Offers Marketplace,
a search engine matching meeting planners and travel suppliers in the same
way "Craig's List"™ matches landlords and renters. Planners can search based on
a combination of type of service, geography, and dates. It is not limited to hotels,
but is a resource for All Things Meetings, including Destination Management
Services, Group Tickets, Meeting Technology, On-site Travel Management,
Audio-Visual Production, Team-Building, Welcome Gifts & Amenities, Ground
Transportation, Stand-Alone Venues and Attractions... literally All Things

Meetings. The site's tagline... "Always Look Here First".

It's easy to use. Just use the drop down menus to select a destination and type
of service, and then put in the dates, or date range you are looking for. If any
special offers appear and you want more info, just click and fill out the e-mail that
appears. It will go directly to the supplier and you are on your way.

Since the special offers are always changing, WE’VE ADDED A NEW
FEATURE; BROWSE ALL SPECIAL OFFERS. If you have not yet narrowed
down your destination or dates, and just want to see "WHAT’S OUT THERE",
you can browse every offer all at once. If some hotel, product or service catches
your eye... just click and there you are.


Can't find the deal you want? We know it's out there and our Concierge Service
will find one for you, for free.
