Couple of things to keep in mind...
1. Club Auto Sport is at 521 Charcot Avenue in San Jose. Parking is free in both their lot and on the street.
2. We have 80+ exhibitors which means approximately 80 prizes. You only need one business card to enter the prize drawing (but you may want to bring more to exchange with suppliers).
3. If you know anyone else who also is involved in meeting planning, please pass the invitation along. The more the better. Bring your boss. They can access the invitation at http://allthingsmeetings.com/event-2013-silicon-valley.php
4. We have now partnered with the award winning The Host Group/California Host to provide full-service event management. They will be contributing their forty-two years of experience in creating and managing events, meetings, incentives, product roll-outs and trade-shows in over 40 countries and have promised to make this a WOW event. We are going to go "crazy" to make sure every qualified planner in Silicon Valley that can be there will be there and would love for you to spread the word.
But whether or not you ever use our web site or services does not matter. Just come to our Show. Really.
